The Growth Gas Bloon is an Advanced Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm. It adds 10 Health to all Bloons on the player's side (except itself) each time it takes damage.
The intended use of Growth Gas Bloon is to punish players that heavily rely on area damage and/or random attacks. The bloon itself is too slow to be a threat for leaking; it is a support bloon for reducing damage that other friendly bloons take.
Avoid keeping an active Quincy's passive, which will just buff all of the opponent's Bloons.
Certain Monkeys and Powers are weak to Growth Gas Bloon. Low-damage area attacks are especially susceptible.
Two Growth Gas Bloons will make Spike Storm! do very little damage. Blade Maelstrom's end-of-turn effect is also affected for the same reasons.
On Dark Castle, one Growth Gas Bloon is enough to stop two Spike Storms from one-shotting Reds. Quincy users can then follow up with Bloon Embiggen and/or Arrow Shot on a friendly Growth Gas Bloon.
Triple Shot will not do much damage to nearby bloons if one of the darts hits a Growth Gas bloon.
Glaive Ricochet won't do much damage if one Growth Gas Bloon is present, and do worse if there are two or more Growth Gas Bloons.
Quincy and Gwendolin can damage their own Growth Gas Bloons with their abilities, doing low enough damage to trigger the health generation multiple times. With Quincy especially, this can be exploited with swarm cards to generate a lot of health. Using both Growth Gas Bloon charges and spreading the damage between them allows them to heal each other and last longer.
With Quincy, Growth Gas can be used to enable OTK setups with Bloons such as Pink Bloons and Setup Bloons.
This card existed in the data of Bloons Card Storm since the Firstlook test, and was originally named "Growth Spore Bloon", though it went unused until the full release. The full release changed its effect and stats.
