Extractor Bloon is a Basic Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It starts with 50 Shield and gains 10 health each time a Bloon on the opponent's side takes damage. It does not trigger if a Bloon with Armor takes zero damage from a hit. Self-inflicted bloon damage from the opponent (e.g. Damaged MOAB, Quincy using Arrow Shot on his own bloons) also count for health boosting.

Extractor Bloon rewards players for doing lots of individual hits to enemy Bloons. It's as slow as MOABs and BFBs, but deadly when allowed to build its health. It's more of a midrange's version of Bolstered Bloon but boosted by attacking enemy bloons, rather than playing friendly Bloons.
Against feeding the Extractor Bloon, it's often wise to avoid sending bloons, if possible.
A well-fed Adora with many Bloontonium Miners and Mine Supervisors can allow her to consistently build up her orbs, so she can keep feeding Extractor Bloon every round once she reaches high enough orbs.
Quincy with his passive and a Red Bloon Apopalypse can keep feeding the Extractor, granting up to +70 HP with the passive alone.
Like Bolstered Bloon, Return to Sender is an effective way to stop an Extractor Bloon from scaling too much.

Trivia
Extractor Bloon is one of the few Bloons to have a unique animation when its health increases. Unlike most bloons, which simply bounce, or Double Bloons, which all fistpump their own fist-like Bloons, if the Extractor Bloon gains health (even if not from its own effect), its vents open briefly, appearing similar to an equals sign.
