Sai is a DPS character that starts with middling DPS, but gains a large power spike at level 7 once she unlocks Bloonjitsu. She attacks with many projectiles that seek at other bloons, making her useful in lategame Martian Games for dealing high DPS against multiple BADs.

To increase Sai's DPS, she should use as much sources of attack speed as possible while taking advantage of efficient damage boosts. Baker's Shard, Heart Gauntlets are the most important attack speed trinkets for her, while her weapon should be Dragon Fangs/Silver Tipped Stakes or Lightning Bolts alongside Demon Heart as they give lots of damage for her, and she lacks many sources of damage. If actively playing, Mask of Shadows is also very useful, but note that using Lemonhope on her will not affect her clone.

While not her main selling point, she can also slow down non-BAD Bloons with Sabotage Supply Lines. This is most useful in Deflation or Back to Basics Martian Games, when DDTs are more of a threat without huge sums of cash for building a strong defense.
