The Powerometer is a Super Rare trinket in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It grants buffs depending on the attacks that the character has without upgrades, so if a character gets a ranged attack on their upgrades like Dungeon Finn, it will not get the range buff and only the damage buff. But a character like Marceline that has both, ranged and melee attacks by base, will receive both buffs.

If a character receives a trinket that gives an attack like the missile, it will now count like the character has a ranged attack, granting the range buff to the character.

Due to a bug, C4 Charlie doesn't receive either, the range buff or melee buff. This because his attack doesn't count as either main or ranged. This also occurs with Dungeon Finn level 10 attack, as it grants an extra ranged attack, but doesn't affect the buffs that it receives.
