Hat

Hats are a type of cosmetic item in Bloons Pop!. They apply to all Monkeys, except Heros with Hero Skins enabled. Each one adds a hat to the Monkey's model (or, if the model already has a hat, replaces it). If the player enables multiple hat items at once, each Monkey is given a selected hat at random.
