Lead Zeppelin fills a similar role to ZOMG in the late-game, trading higher health and some armor for having a higher cost and being Unique. Unlike ZOMG, which can work in blimp-spam midrange decks, this card is mainly a late-game option.
Since this card is late-game oriented, it is best to mulligan it if it comes in the starting hand, especially in an Obyn or Mountain Obyn deck since the player can potentially generate a lot of Shield from it with Nature's Clarity.
Dreadbloon can make Lead Zeppelin in all stages. Additionally, Stage 1 always has it prioritizing armoring the Lead Zeppelin, while its creation on Board Destruction stage (via final ability without your own Monkeys) should be avoided unless planning to use a Large Bloon instakill.
The card's name, artwork, and flavor text reference English rock band Led Zeppelin, their Celebration Day concert film, and their single "Immigrant Song", respectively.
