The Extractor Bloon is a Basic Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It gains 10 health each time a Bloon on the opponent's side takes damage.

Extractor Bloon rewards for doing lots of individual hits to enemy Bloons. It's as slow as MOABs and BFBs, but deadly when allowed to build its health. It's more of a midrange's version of Bolstered Bloon but boosted by attacking enemy bloons, rather than playing friendly Bloons.
Spike Storm! gives lots of HP if the opponent has plenty of bloons.
A well-fed Adora with many Bloontonium Miners and Mine Supervisors can allow her to consistently build up her orbs, so she can keep feeding Extractor Bloon every round once she reaches high enough orbs.
Like Bolstered Bloon, Return to Sender is an effective way to stop an Extractor Bloon from scaling too much.
