Sonic Boom is the Boomerang Thrower's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. Sonic Boom changes the Boomerang Thrower’s Damage type from Piercing to Fire, allowing the boomerang projectiles to pop frozen bloons.
