Goals are tasks in Bloons Pop! that the player can complete to earn rewards. When a goal slot is open, the player can choose one of three randomly selected goals, or rereoll them by watching an ad. The player can have up to three goals selected at a time: the first unlocks upon passing level 10, the second unlocks upon completing Park Path, and the third unlocks upon completing On The Beach. If the player has the Gold Pass, any "points" the player earns towards completing a goal is doubled. Upon completing or discarding a goal, there is a six-hour cooldown before the player can choose a new goal for that slot.

There are three types of goal rewards depending on the type of goal (which roughly correlates to how long it takes to complete a goal). Monkey Money and Bloontonium rewards are always in multiples of 5. Powerup rewards are always chosen from the "low-quality" pool.
