General UI
Added animations of Bloons reducing delay naturally, plus a pause for the text "BLOONS ADVANCE" if there are Bloons that reduce delay after the player's turn ended.
Added a pause plus the text "BLOONS ATTACK!" if there are Bloons that are able to attack the opponent's Hero after the player's turn ends.
