Stunning Shot is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. It stuns the selected Bloon for one turn, and can target a Bloon on either side. It can only be added to Quincy decks.
The card artwork depicts Quincy loading an arrow tipped with a boxing glove. He is standing on a rocky platform near a volcano.
Tips

- With two charges, Stunned can be used to stall up to two Bloons. It's a cheaper Bloonless substitute for Slowing Bloon.
- On enemy Bloons, it is more effective than Slowing Bloon, as stunning a Bloon not only delays it by 1 turn, it prevents it from attacking your Hero (especially via Quick Ready for 0 delay).
- On friendly Bloons, it can be used to stall out for useful Bloon abilities (e.g. Lead Coating Bloon's Armor granting), or to waste enemy cards that rely on a single turn (e.g. Dreadbloon's Immunity).
- Stunning Shot is generally not a common option, but as a budget card, it can be useful for Quincy players going later on in the game. If you have it, Slowing Bloon generally outclasses Stunning Shot. Although Slowing Bloon costs more and increases delay instead of stunning, it additionally puts a threat on the field and it gives 3 Bloontonium (up to 6 with 2 charges), which for Quincy can be used to activate Perceptive Shot.
