Rapid Reload is the Mortar Tower's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It reduces its attack cooldown by a flat 0.49 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by roughly 30% (roughly 37.4% if crosspathed with The Big One).
