Royal Treatment enables a carry with defenses that pop Purple. Most of its best candidates are only weak to Purples and tend to have high pierce, like Wall of Fire, Gwendolin, Dragon's Breath, and Archmage.
In Time Attack, its best use case is Wizard, making early-to-mid rounds more manageable by not getting blocked by Purples. For instance, 1-2-0 Wall of Fire now does guaranteed DPS against anything that enters it.
In Least Tiers, it may enable combinations that are not possible without this relic, such as Dragon's Breath, Summon Phoenix, Wizard Lord Phoenix, and Archmage.
Gwendolin can solo Regular Least Cash tiles when given Relics to deal with the MOABs, enough leeway for her Cocktail of Fire (e.g. good intersections), and also Camo detection on some maps. This makes her give a lower score than Rosalia.
