|health =140 |delay =3 }} The Slowing Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a selection menu prompts the player to reduce the selected Bloon's delay by 1. It can slow bloons from either side. If no Bloons are on screen other than itself, only itself can be targeted.

- The Bloon itself is weak and can clog the player's board. However, the slow effect on a targeted Bloon can help temporarily stall it.
