Protect Monkey Town is a Special Mission in Bloons TD 5. It requires the player to survive 65 rounds on a special track that uses a pre-placed Monkey Village as the track's endpoint; the village is already upgraded to 3-0 and can be further upgraded as normal but not sold. The track otherwise uses a generic grassland setting with flowers, rocks, and trees all scattered around. It uses the standard round set, but all non-MOAB-Class Bloons have their ranks increased by 1.

Bloons enter from the top side and bottom side and exit at the very center where the village is. The paths have rotational symmetry, as they both involve a 90° right turn followed by five 90° left turns, with straights of decreasing length in between. The trees throughout the track block tower placement.
