Writing guidelines

Hey, I appreciate that you're writing tips for our BCS cards, but there are some things about your writing that go against our guidelines that you need to keep in mind. If you haven't read the writing guidelines or strategy guidelines yet, please do so. the main issues with your writing are:

• Writing in all caps / exclamations: writing "a LOT" or "do NOT", or using exclamation marks, are really unprofessional. Use italics if you need to apply more emphasis.
• Second person: referring to the reader directly with "you", "your", or "you're" should be used sparingly because it can come across as too personal.

Also, just in general, you tend to add your own tips to the end of the tips section without considering what's already in the tips section, which leads to some redundancy (like how you added a tip about the Extractor Bloon combo to Red Bloon Apopalypse even though another tip on that page already explains it). In the future, please read the rest of the page and consider integrating your tips with what already exists on the page to avoid repetition. po●la●vux 00:15, 5 April 2025 (UTC)
