Hare vs Tortoise is the 44th level in More Bloons. The name of this level is a reference to the fable "The Tortoise and the Hare".
Solution
Throw a dart above the Spikey Ball Bloon so it goes over the wall of Breakable Blocks, hits the Tack Bloons on the top, and falls onto the Tack Bloons on the bottom next to the wall. The Spikey Ball Bloon cannot pop first, otherwise it sets off the Bomb Bloons and destroys the Tack Bloons next to the wall without setting them off.
This level's score cannot be optimized.
