The Ninja Scrolls is a Special Item in Bloons Monkey City. It increases the attack speed of all Ninja Monkeys by 5%.
Strategy
[edit | edit source]A slight attack speed boost improves efficiency of Ninja-heavy strategies. This will be important for Ninjas to carry most tiles except River Terrain and Lake Terrain, particularly for Bloonjitsu which can carry Ceramic rushes and early MOABs with ease.
