Solution
[edit | edit source]Throw a no-charge dart aiming at the top-left corner of the Bloon directly to the left of the topmost Tack Bloon. The dart needs to pop the Tack Bloon and fall onto the Tack Bloon in the middle and one of the Tack Bloons at the bottom.
