Spooky Bloon is a Large Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It gains +30 Health every time the opponent's Hero triggers any of their abilities.
The card artwork features a Spooky Bloon approaching a neighborhood of monkeys, who are scared. It features an underside view of the Spooky Bloon, which seems to be a MOAB underneath a ghost cover.
