The Magic Spanner is a Special Item in Bloons Monkey City. It discounts all costs of Monkey Aces and Monkey Buccaneers by 5%. It stacks with Monkey Knowledge multiplicatively.

Strategy

A small discount for all Aces and Buccaneers, which is most useful for things like spamming 0-1 Buccaneers or getting an early Spectre.
