A continue (Continue Game in full in the Flash version of Bloons TD 5) is a purchasable item in the Bloons TD series that allows the player to keep playing after they get a game over. It restores the player's lives and provides some extra cash, and there is no hard limit to the number of times the player can purchase it. In Bloons TD 6, the Monkey Money cost and amount of cash gained depends on the round the player lost on, while in other games, the cost and cash gained are constant. The player cannot purchase continues in certain modes (usually ones with competitive elements).
