Bloons (or Bloons 1) is the first game of the Bloons series. The game was developed by Stephen and Chris Harris, two brothers from New Zealand, and was released on March 27, 2007.

Gameplay

The player controls a monkey that can aim darts in any direction, with the ability to control the speed and angle of the darts. Unless Unlimited Darts mode is turned on, the player must beat the level by reaching a pop threshold within a certain amount of darts.   • Regular Bloons come in 4 different colors and take 1 dart to pop.
  • Ice Bloons freeze bloons in a small area around them when popped. Frozen Bloons cannot be popped, and darts bounce off them.
  • Tack Bloons shoot out tacks in 8 directions when popped that can pop other Bloons.
