Turbo Charge is the Boomerang Thrower's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. The upgrade adds an Activated Ability that makes the boomerang attack 5 times faster for 8 seconds. The Turbo Charge upgrade does not affect the base tower, as it only adds the ability.
