The Trophy Store is a store and cosmetic customization system in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 19.0. It allows the player to exchange Trophies for items to customize certain aspects of the game, such as towers, Bloons, and the player's profile. Trophy Store items have no direct effect on gameplay, though some of them have minor quality-of-life benefits.
Most cosmetic items in BTD6 can be obtained by purchasing them from the Trophy Store, though some Avatars and Profile Banners are only obtainable through other means. The Trophy Store is also used to select which cosmetic items to enable, even for items that can't be obtained from the Trophy Store. (Profile-related items can also be changed on the profile interface.)

Strategy
A few Trophy Store items have genuine quality-of-life benefits and should be prioritized:
- Monkey Names marks which tower of a tower type was placed first, which makes it easier to tell which tower is benefitting from Monkey Knowledge that only applies to the first tower placed (i.e., Farm Subsidy or First Last Line of Defense).
- Certain emotes can be used to communicate with randoms in Co-op more effectively, particularly Text Emotes and the Player Numbers Emote.
- The Neon DDT MOAB Skin makes it easier to tell if a DDT has been decamoed or not.
- The BAD Whale MOAB Skin easily marks the damage phases of a BAD via closed eyes (3rd damage phase) and bandages (4th damage phase).[1]
- The Pat Fusty Pig Pet (or Fusty the Snowman Penguin Pet for the Fusty the Snowman skin) makes it easier to tell if Pat Fusty is placed in water or not.
