Version 4.6.1 is a minor update to Bloons TD Battles 2 version 4.6. It was primarily an update to fix bugs that were reported. There are no patch notes on Reddit, but they can be seen in game.

- "Fixed fatal error when sacrificing a 5xx Monkey Buccaneer to a Sun Temple or True Sun God."
- "Fixed missing texture when collecting Reward Boosts (Desktop only)"
OTA update 1

- "Fixed issue where sent bloons would not spawn on Bloon Bot Factory while it is easter themed."
OTA update 2
Released on 1 May 2025 with no official patch notes on Reddit or in-game. Its only change is adding the "Hello There!" Text Emote.
