Yellow Bloon is a Basic Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. It has no additional effect. Two Yellow Bloon cards are unlocked by completing the tutorial.
Yellow Bloons can naturally spawn from the Storm, always spawning on Round 4 (Player 2) and Round 5 (Player 1). Additionally, Arcane Master generates a Yellow Bloon with 1 charge whenever it reloads. Also, Blooming Bloons and Push the Initiative can summon Yellow Bloons during a match.
