Bloon Dissolver is the Glue Gunner's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It increases the Glue Gunner's rate of damage over time to every 0.5 seconds (effectively twice per second). In the multiplatform version only, tier 3 glue allows the Glue Gunner to target and hit MOAB-Class Bloons with its glue shots (and Glue Splatter if crosspathed), which slows them by 33% instead of 50% and lasts for half as much time as on regular Bloons, and allows it to target and glue Bloons that are already afflicted with regular glue, replacing it with Bloon Dissolver glue. It however can't target or remove glue shot by Glue Hose, as it also can slow MOAB-Class Bloons and override regular glue.

The Glue Gunner still doesn't see as much use as we'd like and we think a sticking point is its lack of popping power compared to other towers at a similar price point. We've lowered the cost of some of its most useful upgrades to hopefully make it a more viable tower choice.
