The Blooming Bloon is a Basic Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. If it is popped, it summons one Yellow Bloon. If it leaks to the opponent's Hero, it summons up to three Yellow Bloons, with a minimum of one depending on remaining board space.
Tips

- For its price, Blooming Bloon is extremely powerful. Not popping it is very punishing, and it's almost impossible to counter if sent on exactly Round 2, or Round 1 on High Finance, especially when using Zee Jay to buff its health further.
- Running burst removal such as Robo Monkey and Overload is effective at taking it out before it becomes a threat. Note that Zee Jay's passive will move it above Overload's destruction threshold without some extra damage.
- Quincy users have multiple options versus Blooming Bloon. Storm of Arrows and Rapid Shot will pop the Blooming Bloon layer if there's a few Bloons.
- If running Zee Jay, a leaked Blooming Bloon's first Yellow will count for his Passive Enhancements, thus guaranteeing 1 Rad Token for that round.
- Note that the spawned Yellows effectively have 2 delay relative to the opponent. So, as the opponent, saving up to Thunder Druid can be done if the Blooming Bloon was sent later than Round 2.
