It targets the strongest [[Bloon]] on the player's side, stops it from moving and makes it untargetable by all [[attack]]s and unable to collide with any [[projectile]]s, then deals 1,000,000,000 [[damage type|Plasma-type]] [[damage]] to it 0.3 seconds after activation. If the target survives, it remains untargetable and intangible for 0.7 more seconds (total of 1 second). In [[Sandbox (Battles)|Sandbox]] mode, this power stops functioning after five uses.
