Ammo Stores ( 20 Passive) On Monkey Reload: It gains +1 Temporary Ammo
Striker Jones is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. He can be unlocked from the Store by purchasing him for 2,000 Monkey Money or by purchasing the Striker Hero Bundle or Striker Mega bundle for real money.
Striker Jones focuses on defensive play. He generates Bloontonium from the opponent playing Bloons (at the cost of generating less from the player playing their own Bloons), which he can use to deal splash damage to Bloons and grant Monkeys additional Ammo. His exclusive cards synergize with Military Monkeys and Bomb Shooters.
Target Focus − Passively generates one Bloontonium each time the opponent plays a Bloon, but the player gains one less Bloontonium from playing their own Bloons. Does not include Bloons from the Storm. Enemy Bloons summoned by the player does not count. Bloons summoned through leaks or the opponent stealing a friendly Bloon will count.
Concussive Shell — Deals 50 damage to a target Bloon and 50 damage to any Bloons adjacent to it on the opponent's Bloon track.
Ammo Stores — Passively grants all the player's Monkeys +1 Temporary Ammo each time they reload, including from card effects like Quick Reload.
Striker Jones, despite appearing to be a defensive hero with his kit, is primarily run as a light tempo hero with MOABs and BFBs and disrupting the opponent with Economy Drain to prevent them from reacting. War Bonds and Banana Farm allows Jones to gather additional income in spite of the eco penalty from Economy Drain. Since War Bonds requires Military Monkeys to gain gold, cheap Military cards like Sniper Monkey, Shell Shock Mortar and Burny Stuff Mortar are essential for early game defense, alongside general anti-aggro cards such as Quick Break and Spike Storm! to hold off the early game.
He has the most variance out of any Hero due to not having a Pick card, but his kit is well suited for Rare Power teching specific win condition cards such as Quick Ready and Double Trouble, as many of the cheap Military cards he uses for War Bonds are not Rare. Striker Jones is usually not run as a control hero due to this lack of pick card and his inability to make combos in the late game outside of War Bonds gaining up to 10 gold. Other heroes, such as the Obyns or Zee Jay are better in control because of this.
Striker Jones is also notable in Boss Battles. Against Dreadbloon, he consistently gains Bloontonium each round, and most importantly the bonus temporary ammo at max Bloontonium will almost always be useful each round. Simply survive early-game as normal, and his late-game benefits become very valuable for pure damage. He lacks healing or shields, but healing cards such as Clever Yellow Bloon and Jungle's Bounty Druid compensate this. Use Weapon Enhancer Bloon to improve monkey damage on top of the improved ammo in order to make a consistent Dreadbloon killer.
Tips
Try not to make games go late; Striker has nothing to survive against OTK and has no exclusive cards that assist long-term, unlike things like Obyn Greenfoot's shield-gaining cards (Wall Of Trees and Nature's Clarity).
Don't rely entirely on piling up enough Bloontonium for Ammo Stores; it just makes you weak to aggressive players.

Development
Roadmap for update 4.0
Striker Jones was first teased on a Dev Diary for February 26th 2025 posted on r/bloonscardstorm by Ninja Kiwi,[1] revealing a portrait of him. He was further teased on a following Dev Diary for May 16th, 2025,[2] showing him facing Dreadbloon. Two of his exclusive cards, War Bonds and Orders Received, were teased on on May 8th, 2025.[3]
During the Version 5.2 playtests, Ninja Kiwi proposed a buff that reduces his penalty for Target Focus from -2 to -1 from self-sent Bloons, which was added to the update unchanged.
