Description
Ice Monkeys put nearby bloons into cold storage, freezing and popping them; especially good at corners and junctions. Powerful upgrades include: Snap Freeze, Arctic Wind, Viral Frost, Absolute Zero.

The Ice Monkey is a tower in Bloons Monkey City . It is available to unlock after the player reaches City Level 5.
This tower freezes Bloons in its range, affecting an infinite amount of Bloons, stopping their movement speed and Regrow Bloon regeneration for a short time. In the Flash version of Bloons TD 5 , it can re-freeze Bloons, but not in the multiplatform version of Bloons TD 5 .

Ability: freezes all bloons on screen temporarily.

The tower freezes so fast the bloons pop once before freezing.
Arctic Wind Cost: $6,500
Super cold aura that slows all bloons that come near the tower. In addition the regular freeze effect of this tower has much larger area.
Viral Frost Cost: $6,000
Bloons are frozen so cold that they freeze other bloons that come in contact with them, spreading the freeze like a virus.

Makes the bloons so cold that they move slowly even after thawing out.
Deep Freeze Cost: $350
Freezes 2 layers of bloons instead of 1.
Ice Shards Cost: $2,000
Creates razor sharp pieces of ice on frozen bloons, that when popped, fly out and pop more nearby bloons.
Absolute Zero Cost: $2,000
Absolute Zero Ability: freezes the entire screen of bloons for 4 seconds. Does not affect MOAB-class bloons.
