Semi Automatic Rifle is the Sniper Monkey's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. In the mobile version, it reduces the Sniper Monkey's attack cooldown from 1.218 seconds to 0.285 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by 327.4%, while in the Flash version, it reduces its attack cooldown from 1.333 seconds to 0.5 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by 166.6%. In the Flash version only, it also allows the Sniper Monkey to damage Lead Bloons. Despite what the description states in both versions, it does not "attack 3x as fast".
