Bouncing Bomb is one of C4 Charlie's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It causes his main attack to spawn a second bomb upon exploding that targets and moves towards the nearest non-CamoBloon within 60 units. The secondary bomb generates the same explosion as the main attack's bomb. If there is no target within range, the second bomb does not spawn.
