Zee Jay Specials have 50 less HP than a Yellow Bloon but allows Zee Jay to gain more Rad Tokens.
It is helpful for aggro to make stronger Rad Bloons, however it isn't compulsary for winning. Decks that don't plan to use Rad Bloon may find Zee Jay Special redundant; however, most Zee Jay aggro decks utilize Rad Bloons, because of the lack of very cheap bloons with one delay.
In midrange, it's helpful for continually supplying more Rad Tokens. Send one per round for the most Rad Tokens.
