Fast Throw

Fast Throw is one of Max's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It sets the base attack cooldown of Max's attacks to 0.7 seconds, increasing his base attack speed by ~43%. Like C4 Charlie's Attack Speed upgrade, this does not multiply the attack cooldown, and thus does not increase the attack speed of any additional attacks granted by trinkets. This upgrade has no effect if Max is at star level 6 or greater, since it also reduces his base attack cooldown to 0.7 seconds.
