Frozen Over is a Beginner map in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 5.0. It is a frozen river with several Bloons and a Cave Monkey frozen in the ice.
Layout
Bloons start at the left side of the screen and cross through various sharp turns and loops on their way to the exit on the right side. Towers can be placed on the ice, there are various bodies of water for water towers, and small- to medium-sized towers can be placed on the icebergs between the paths.

Recommended towers and upgrades
- Sauda is a good choice for a hero on this map, since she can be placed in one of the loops to make the most out of her short range.
- Tack Shooters, Ice Monkeys, and Mortar Monkeys — These towers can take advantage of the map's many bends and loops to hit all Bloons, including faster ones. For Mortar Monkeys, they can also be used to free the Cave Monkey for additional defense.
- Long ranged towers like the Monkey Buccaneer have a very good central coverage.
Easter egg
- The Cave Monkey can be freed by hitting it with 30 Mortar Monkey projectiles to break the ice. The Cave Monkey attacks every 1.1 seconds, has 5 pierce, deals 1 damage, and stuns all bloons it hits (excluding BADs or Bosses).
