The Slowing Bloon is an Advanced Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a selection menu prompts the player to reduce the selected Bloon's delay by 1. It can slow bloons from either side. If no Bloons are on screen other than itself, only itself can be targeted.

The Bloon itself is weak and can clog the player's board. However, the slow effect on a targeted Bloon can help temporarily stall it.
Using the Slowing Bloon on a friendly Bloon can be used to push it back along the queue if there are other bloons. For instance, it could be used to let Hero Protection prioritise a different 0-delay bloon.
