Hero Alt
Hero Alts are modified versions of Heroes in Bloons TD Battles 2 and Bloons TD Battles 2+. Hero Alts generally have similar attacks and Activated Abilities, but with modified stats and properties. They are intended to be sidegrades to Heroes, and their differences are generally a mix of upsides and downsides. They are otherwise treated as completely separate Heroes from the ones they are based on, and have their own Hero Point currencies and cosmetic items. All Hero Alts cost Monkey Money and 40,000 Hero Points of the original Hero to unlock.
Some Hero Alts originally appeared as cosmetic-only Hero Skins in Bloons TD 6, while others are original to this game.
