The Helium Bloon is a recurring type of Bloon in the Bloons series that first appeared in Even More Bloons. It initially spawns in a glass jar, that releases the Helium Bloon when popped. When released, the Helium Bloon slowly floats up and if no bloons or blocks are in the way, it can even leave the playable area. If frozen by an Ice Bloon, it will be frozen but still floats upwards, and is even part of the intended solution of some levels. They are visually identical to Rainbow Bloons in the first generation of the Bloons TD series, though they are otherwise unrelated.

Although this bloon does not appear in Bloons 2, any bloon can move around a level in set patterns.
