The RAPID is an upcoming Basic Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. At the start of each of the player's turns, it reduces the Delay of the last Bloon in the player's Bloon track that does not have the Immobile property by 1 (including itself). It has infinite delay, meaning it cannot have its delay reduced, hence can never leak to the opponent's Hero nor be targeted by delay reducers (e.g. Quick Ready and Hastening Bloon). Only one of this card can be in a deck.
