Attack Speed is one of C4 Charlie's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It sets the base attack cooldown of C4 Charlie's attacks to 1.3 seconds, effectively increasing his base attack speed by ~15%. This does not multiply the attack cooldown, and thus does not increase the attack speed of any additional attacks granted by trinkets. This upgrade effectively does nothing if C4 Charlie is at star level 9 or greater, since star level 9 also sets his attack cooldown to 1.3 seconds and this upgrade does not stack with star level bonuses.
