The Challenge Editor is a social feature in Bloons TD 6 introduced in version 9.0 that allows players to create and share custom challenges. Like most other social features, it is unlocked at level 20.
The Challenge Editor supports most challenge rules, with some constraints on the values that can be set. There are some challenge rules that the Challenge Editor does not support, such as Paragon limits. Seeds are set to a random value from 1 to 999,999,999 and can be changed by clicking the reset button, though this value cannot be manually controlled by the player without hacking the game.
Setting this to 0 or blank resets it to default. Setting this to 1 adds "No Lives Lost" to the rule list. Setting the starting lives to a higher value than this, or setting this to a lower value than the starting lives, automatically changes this to the same value, unless the starting lives is set to default.

Unlimited
Setting this to 0 or blank resets it to unlimited.
The player can set which Hero can be used, or allow any selected Hero. If using the "selected" option, the player cannot restrict which Heroes can be selected.
The player can set how many of each tower can be placed to ∞ or any number from 1–99.
The player can restrict which upgrades are accessible on each tower, including Paragon upgrades for towers that have one. Disabling any tiered upgrade for a tower also disables its higher tiers and Paragon if applicable. A tower's upgrade restrictions are notated as either "X-X-X", with each X representing the highest accessible tier of the upgrade path, or "Paragon" if its Paragon is enabled.
Once a challenge is completed in test mode, the player can press the "share" button to submit it to the Content Browser. This also generates a code consisting of seven capital letters that can be used to access the challenge at any time from the Content Browser. Once submitted, the player cannot submit again for one hour. The name of the challenge, the creator of the challenge, and the version of the game the challenge was created in are recorded in the Challenge Browser. The creator can permanently delete challenges they submitted to the Challenge Editor at any time.
