Defense Prep Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. Its armor reduces damage taken by 15, and if the player has zero Gold and any Monkeys at the end of their turn, it reloads a random friendly Monkey. This On Turn End effect always triggers after Mortars, but before Temporary Monkeys disappear.

- Defense Prep Bloon rewards players that spend exactly all their Gold in a single turn. Note that most Monkeys, except Defenders, will not be able to use their Ammo until the player's next turn begins.
- The Bloon itself is less of a threat if Armor Piercing is available, but it's difficult to destroy with only low-damage Monkeys.
- Defense Prep Bloon’s ammo refill can save empty ammo Temporary monkeys from disappearing.
- Booster Bloon helps the Defense Prep Bloon last longer, both increasing delay and improving Health.
- Avoid attacking with 1 reload monkeys if you want Defense Prep Bloon to have a higher chance of hitting a high reload Monkey.
- Its capability to reload Temporary Monkeys is helpful on things like Shinobi Tactics Ninja and Corvus Academy of Arts.
