Damage increases from 10 to 15 (though it still cannot receive base damage buffs and does not soak through layers).
Duration increases from 4.5 seconds to 10 seconds.
Damage type changes from Sharp to Normal, allowing it to damage all Bloon types (it does not deal "explosive damage", despite what the description states).
Due to a bug, after purchasing this upgrade, the number next to the ability icon increases each time the player purchases another upgrade for Princess Bubblegum, making it look like the player has more uses of the ability. This is purely visual, however.

Like Jellybeans Have Power, this upgrade is a reference to the Adventure Time episode "Jelly Beans Have Power". In the episode, Princess Bubblegum unlocks a stronger version of her jelly bean powers by figuring out how to conjure soda and mints.
