The Chomper Bloon[1] (called the Reindeer Bloon in Bloons Festive Fun) is a recurring type of Bloon in the Bloons series that first appeared in the Flash version of Bloons. When popped, it spawns a chomper (reindeer in Bloons Festive Fun) that can be controlled by pressing the up, down, left, or right arrow keys for a few seconds before vanishing. In Bloons Festive Fun, it is instead controlled by swiping in the four cardinal directions, where it follows the direction the player swiped the screen in, and lasts for 6 seconds. Any bloon or Breakable Block it touches will be immediately popped, including frozen Bloons, although it cannot destroy Solid Blocks or Rubber Blocks. If it is in range of an explosion from a Bomb Bloon or Ice Bloon, it will remove the chomper. Only one chomper can be controlled at a time, and if the player pops another Chomper Bloon while controlling one, the current chomper vanishes.

Although this bloon does not appear in Bloons 2, the Bee Bloon fulfils a similar role.

In the Flash versions, the chomper resembles Pac-Man, and starting from Even More Bloons plays Pac-Man's introduction music and signature "waka waka" eating noise from the original 1980 Pac-Man arcade game while it is active.
