"The Story of Monkeys vs Bloons" is a trailer for a Bloons animation released on Ninja Kiwi's YouTube channel on 22 October 2024. A preview version of the video was released on Ninja Kiwi's X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram pages to promote it.
Dad of Quincy tells the history of the fight between monkeys and Bloons to Quincy, Gwendolin, Obyn Greenfoot, Pat Fusty, and Sauda.

Dad of Quincy: "No one really knows when it all started or where the Bloons came from, just that we have been fighting them for a very, very long time."
Dad of Quincy: "Bloons were primitive at first, but I guess we monkeys were too."
Dad of Quincy: "They only had a few colors, and we could defend against them with our simplest inventions: darts, tacks, ice, and bombs."
Dad of Quincy: "But the Bloons got stronger, so we had to as well. We invented the boomerang and the Spike-o-pult. With these new tools, we fought them again and again wherever they appeared, all over the world."
Dad of Quincy: "With each victory, we made progress, and with that progress, we developed new skills and powerful abilities that we never dreamed possible."
Gwendolin: "But... But the Bloons kept on coming?"
Dad of Quincy: "Yes, Gwen, that they did. And finally, we realized they might never stop. At least, not until we do something different, learn something more..."
Dad of Quincy: "Which brings us to you. You will be the first monkey Heroes! Your natural talents, trained over time, can achieve levels of greatness previously impossible!"
Dad of Quincy: "Working together, you might turn the tides! Working together, your adventures could uncover the key to long-lasting victory in our defense against the Bloons!"

- The first animation uses the track from Bloons Tower Defense.
- The second animation uses the third track in the Flash version of Bloons Tower Defense 3, but with the Bloons going in reverse.
- The third animation uses the first track in the Flash version of Bloons Tower Defense 3.
- The fifth animation takes place on Ocean Road in Bloons TD 4, but with the Bloons going in reverse.
