The Monkey Academy is an Upgrade Building in Bloons Monkey City. It enables upgrades for Dart Monkeys and, in the Flash version, Boomerang Throwers to be researched. In the mobile version, the Boomerang Institute enables upgrades for Boomerang Monkeys instead.
