Cross the Streams is a Military Monkey Knowledge upgrade in Bloons TD 6. While active, beams from Plasma Accelerator or Ray of Doom create a plasma pool every 0.5 seconds at any intersection points. Plasma pools deal 3 damage to Bloons they contact, and have 8 pierce. Plasma pools last for 7 seconds, and can damage all Bloon types including Camo. Plasma pools apply a damage-over-time effect to Bloons they damage which deals 1 damage every 2 seconds for 4.05 seconds.
Cross the Streams is also available in Rogue Legends as an item in the Rogue XP Shop, costing 1,500 Rogue XP to unlock.
