Introduction is the 6th level in Bloons Player Pack 4.

Solution

Throw a minimum-power dart at the Bonus Dart Bloon and Rubber Block in the top-left, bouncing it off into the Light Sabre Bloon, then wait for the Helium Bloon to rise up to the Solid Block above it, then finally throw a dart at the Helium Bloon.
